Skilled Independent Subclass 189 Visa
The SkillSelect Subclass 189 Visa is a permanent residence visa for skilled workers who have an occupation on the Australian Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) and who satisfy the points test. Applications for this visa are invited only following submission of a successful Expression of Interest (EOI).
Visa applicants can be in or outside Australia when they apply for the visa and when the visa is granted.
State Nominated Visa Subclass 190 Visa
The SkillSelect State Nominated Subclass 190 visa is a points based permanent residence visa for skilled workers who desire to work and live in Australia and have been nominated by an Australian state or territory.
Eligible applicants must achieve a qualifying score of 65 in the SkillSelect Points Test. Applications for this visa are invited only following submission of a successful Expression of Interest (EOI). Applicants can be in or outside Australia when they apply for the visa and when the visa is granted.

485 Temporary Graduate Visa
The Temporary Graduate subclass 485 visa is for recent graduates who have gained eligible qualifications through an Australian education provider, while on a valid student visa.
The Temporary Graduate subclass 485 visa allows successful applicants and their families to live, study and work in Australia temporarily after they have completed their studies.
Applicants are only permitted to hold one Temporary Graduate subclass 485 visa as a primary applicant.
